This is a great side dish for fall barbecues-warms the blood!
- 3 teaspoons peanut oil
- 2 cups thinly-sliced cabbage
- 2 cups grated carrots
- 2 cups thinly sliced red bell peppers
- 2 cups thinly-sliced green bell peppers
- 1 minced jalapeno (with seeds)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 3 teaspoons soy sauce
- Heat oil to sizzling.
- Add all ingredients and saute for 5 minutes stirring often.
