Stir-Fried Chicken and Snow Peas With Hokkien Noodles

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 400 g chicken, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons trident stir-fry fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • 1 large red chile, seeded and sliced
  • 5 slices fresh ginger, shredded
  • 100 g snow peas, blanched
  • 300 g cabbage, finely sliced and blanched
  • 400 g trident hokkien noodles (2 x 200g packs)
  • 12 cup chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons trident sweet chili sauce (Sweet Chilli Ginger sauce)

Directions

  1. Heat oil in the wok and stir-fry chicken with Trident Fish Sauce, spring onions, chilli and ginger for 1 1/2 minutes.
  2. Add snow peas, cabbage, Trident Hokkien Noodles, chicken stock and Trident Sweet Chilli Ginger Sauce. Salt to taste.
  3. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Serve.
