The easiest starter you could make and believe me, it is delicious.
- smear the olive oil around the outside of the mushrooms.
- Divide the cheese equally between each mushroom and place in the middle.
- Bake in a medium oven for approximately 20 minutes.
Quick, easy & delicious! The strong, creamy flavour of the cheese and meaty texture of the mushrooms complement each other very well. I put some olive oil in a bowl then dipped the mushrooms in, moving them around until the sides and bases were coated. Thanks for a great recipe!
