      This was so delish! My husband and my in laws raved about this when I served it this weekend along side a butternut squash soup and green salad for dinenr. Only changes I made was to use smaller pieces of bread (to make it more of a side), and I used a good quality gorgonzola instead of Stilton. I looked for Stilton at the store and they didn't have it. The only 'standard' blue cheeses were just that - standard.

      Very good! I left the butter off the toast in a (probably vain) attempt to make this somewhat healthier, and it was still delicious.

      This was good! We like our Rarebit with a little more tang so next time I will add more cayenne pepper. Very good recipe. Thanks

      This recipe is wonderful! Creamy, crunchy, toasty, and tangy. I couldn't stop munching! These were great cold too. I made exactly as directed using Fabulous French Bread I made Tuesday and need to use up. Thanks for sharing a keeper with us :) Nick's Mom

      Merveilleux!! Thanks French Tart! We loved this entree! Had this with a nice glass of wine in front the fireplace... Very romantic!! Didn't have any cream, added a bit of milk and it was wonderful! Merci!
