A good way to use leftovers.
- 2 cups glutinous rice, uncooked
- 6 cups water
- 1 cup barbecued pork
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrot
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Wash the rice and place in a rice-cooker pot.
- Fill the pot with 6 cups water.
- Cook rice until done. About 30 minutes.
- Mix in the pork, vegetables, soy sauce and oil.
- Cook again until done.
