I read an earlier review that said the flavour was a bit too sweet; so I halved the honey and instead added 2 tbsp of sweet chili sauce which also has a hint of hotness. The flavour was dead on with that, at least for us. I cut the pork into strips for a stir fry kind of dish. The bok choy wiltered down A LOT so don't be concerned if a bunch seems like a lot. The dish was not sticky and of course this has something to do with the reduced honey, but also the bok choy gives off a lot of liquid. Instead of stickiness we had some sauce that was on the thin side. But the flavour was great. An idea could be to cook the bok choy on the side and add when serving, I think the pork would be more sticky then
