I like this recipe because you don't have to preboil the ribs. I received the recipe from a friend.

Ingredients Nutrition

  1. Separate pork into ribs.
  2. Put in greased 9x13 pan.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs, turning to coat.
  4. Bake 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or till glazed and tender.
  5. Baste every 15 minutes without turning.
  6. Serve sauce over ribs.

These are the best! Sweet, savoury, sticky, finger-lickin' good and easy to prepare. I didn't have any apricot jam, so I substituted with plum jam, with awesome results.

These are a great way to have ribs without the bbq and all the work is in the oven! I doubled this recipe and found it was alittle too saucey for awhile so I took some juice out and used it to baste with when it was need , every 1/2 hour or so. Baked it about 2 hours total, as I had alot of ribs... and they turned out really good. The flavor of the sauce is great and the smell while cooking went outside and convinced my son that he would be home for dinner!!!! Truly enjoyed the tenderness as well. What more could you ask for!
