  • Combine redcurrent jelly, oil, rosemary and garlic in a jug. Whisk to combine.
  • Place lamb in ceramic dish and pour over marinade. Turn to coat.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours - preferably overnight.
  • Barbeque lamb to your liking.
