It was really good, but so sweet. I think I would half the 2nd cup of sugar. Thanks, Chava

Perfect for rosh hashanah. you can use chopped nuts instead of halves.

This looks absolutely gorgeous. I used a tube pan, added raisins and only used 1/2 cup of white sugar as someone suggested. Next time, I will use the full cup as I think it could use it. Tastes wonderful

This was an excellent kugel and looked so beautiful too. The only thing is that I also found the additional cup of sugar to be too much so I decreased it somewhat and instead mixed a little sugar with cornflake crumbs and margarine with the cinnamon and nutmeg instead of adding them directly to the noodles and made a crispy topping (or bottom?).

Excellent!! I have never heard of this before and needed a pasta dish to bring to club. I sprayed the bundt pan with Pam first and used coarsly chopped walnuts instead of the pecans. I was unsure wether or not to cover as it baked so left uncovered for the first half hour and covered for the last half hour. It cam easily out of the pan and of course is best when served warm.
