Stewed Swordfish

A favourite fish stew that my family love, so I thought I'd share with everyone.

This is a really good basic reipe. to kick it up a bit replace the water with clam juice, add a tablespoon of worchestershire sauce and 1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes. I also added chopped green olives at the end and served with parsley and chopped green onions and crusty bread for the sauce. everyone enjoyed

  1. Heat the oil and when its very hot put in the fish.
  2. Add salt and pepper, simmer.
  3. Add onion, tomatoes.
  4. Cook for a few minutes.
  5. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook until potatoes are tender.
