I tried the recipe with a few variations. I used chicken and beef stock. It came out FANTASTIC. This was my first go at making Sancocho and we all loved it and I will be making it again... THANKS!!!<br/><br/> I have had it made by a few different Spanish ladies. 2 from the Dominican Republic and 1 from Puerto Rico and they were all awesome.
