Steve's Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf

Got this recipe from a longtime friend! Bacon, cheddar, meatloaf...need I say more? ;-)
Goes well with baked potatoes & your favorite side vegetable.
Ingredients:

1 lb
lean ground beef
-
1 lb
bacon
-
1
egg
-
1 cup
sour cream
-
2 tablespoons
Worcestershire sauce
-
1 cup
breadcrumbs
-
1 ounce
dry onion soup mix
-
2 tablespoons
McCormick's Montreal Brand steak seasoning
(may add up to 4 tablespoons)
-
1/2 cup
shredded cheddar cheese
(or your favorite)
Directions:

Cut bacon into small (1/2 inch wide) chunks and cook until crisp. Drain on paper towels.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a large bowl, combine the beef, bacon, egg, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce.

Mix in soup mix, bread crumbs and steak seasoning.

Form mixture into a loaf and place in 9X5 inch loaf pan. Cover with foil.

Bake @ 375 F for 45 minutes, Remove foil and continue baking another 10 minutes.

Turn off oven, cover top of meatloaf with shredded cheese and put back in oven till cheese is all melted.

Remove from oven and ENJOY!
