Made this tonight...however, I made some changes due to dietary restrictions with gluten. So I made a gluten free crust. Also I found out that I didn%u2019t have molasses and ginger while I was putting this together. So I substituted real maple syrup for the molasses and used extra cinnamon and some allspice in place of the ginger. This pie got RAVE reviews from all 5 people who tried it. One commented it was the best pumpkin pie they ever ate. I had to print out the recipe for her. I will be making this again for sure%u2026and this time will try it as it is supposed to be but with gluten free crust. Thanks for posting this.
