      I made a small change in this recipe, in that I diced some larger chunks of dried Fuji apple (much better tasting than the usual 'donut ring' dried apple)! And since we both enjoy steel cut oats, this recipe was right up our alley & made a very satisfying breakfast! Thanks for sharing the recipe! [Tagged, made & reviewed for one of my adopted chefs in the current Pick A Chef]
