I made a small change in this recipe, in that I diced some larger chunks of dried Fuji apple (much better tasting than the usual 'donut ring' dried apple)! And since we both enjoy steel cut oats, this recipe was right up our alley & made a very satisfying breakfast! Thanks for sharing the recipe!   1. Put Water and oatmeal in a large bowl.
  2. Microwave for 8 minutes.
  3. Stir in protein powder and cinnamon.
  4. Cut up apple and add to Oatmeal or eat with oatmeal.
  5. Serve with Coffee and Cream for fat blocks.
