Directions

  1. Put the spinach leaves on a plate inside a bamboo steamer and place over a wok of boiling water. Cover with a lid and steam for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Season the steamed leaves with oyster sauce and light soy sauce, and serve straight away.

I loved this quick, easy side dish. It didn't make a whole lot so next time I will double the batch for our family of 4.
