This was so fast and simple, yet so good. I loved the lime and sesame flavor of the sauce. My husband didn't even use the sauce, yet loved the fish and snow peas anyway! Thank you, echo echo, for a delicious recipe.

This is wonderful. It makes a healthy and delciious meal for 2. Loved that everything was cooked together and little clean-up involved. I did double the sauce.

First I liked that the recipe is already in a two serving size. Second, the lime, ginger and garlic are so good here! The bed of snow peas is a refreshing change from potato's or rice and steam cooking just puts it over the top to perfect. A wonderfully healthy and delicious dinner.

An easy and delicious salmon recipe, I used all the ingredients, however I put the sauce mixture into a frypan and added the salmon filets, covered and cooked on low until the fish was done. I serve the salmon topped with the sauce over a blend of white and wild rice, I steamed the snow peas separately. Very tasty!
