Steamed Salmon With Peppers

ingredients
- 340.19 g salmon, cut into chunks
- 1 red pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 green pepper, cut into chunks
- 14.79 ml red wine vinegar
- 14.79 ml olive oil
- 4.92 ml garlic powder
- 4.92 ml oregano
- 2.46 ml salt
directions
- Combine all ingredients in ZipnSteam Bag (do not use regular plastic bag -- I don't know what will happen, but it probably won't be pretty!) Shake bag to coat fish and peppers. Microwave on high for 4 1/2 -5 minutes. If fish is not quite done, continue cooking for additional 30 second intervals until fish flakes easily.

<p>I am a full-time working mother as well as a part-time college student. I love to cook, but obviously, I don't have a great deal of time to spend in the kitchen. I am always on the look-out for meals that I can prepare for my family of four that are kid-friendly, husband-friendly (hates cheese!) and take 30 minutes or less. 'Zaar has been a lifesaver!</p>
