This is a childhood favourite. Posted in response to a request. Quantity of idlies depend on the size of the moulds.
- Soak the rice and dal for 4-5 hours.
- Grind with cooked rice.
- Keep ovenight.
- Add salt to taste abd mix well.
- Grease moulds.
- Steam for 10-15 minutes till done.
