These were very, very good. I prepared them for the Chinese-style buffet for my Hubby's birthday party. I wrapped in won-ton wrappers before steaming, and everyone loved the flavor of the meatballs. I will be making these again.
worked really well, wrapped them in gow gee wrappers, and deep fried. they also freeze realy well, though I have to admit I havent thawed any :) When I do I will tried these steamed.
