Easy to make using only seasonings you have at home!
- 400 g ground pork
- 4 large eggs (1 egg to 100g of pork)
- 4 tablespoons Chinese five spice powder
- 4 tablespoons preserved cabbage
- Season minced pork with five spice powder and mix in the preserved cabbage.
- Beat up the eggs.
- Mix pork and eggs well together.
- Put mixture into a bowl or baking dish and steam over boiling water for 30mins on high or until cooked.
