One of my favourite dishes that my grandma used to cook for me. Taste good with rice.
- 50 g ground pork
- 2 eggs
- 2 bean curd, chopped
- 1 stalk spring onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- Beat the eggs lightly.
- Add in all the ingredients and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a dish.
- Steam until the mixture is set.
