  1. Toss together the corn, edamame, onions, garlic, dijon, vinegar and oils.
  2. Line a colander with foil. Fill with mix.
  3. Steam, covered for 13 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, beat together the eggs, basil, salt and pepper.
  5. Heat a sprayed wok. Add mix. Cook until set.
  6. Chop. Add to corn mix.
  7. Top with nori.
  8. WOW!
