Steamed Codfish, Yoghurt and Potatoes

Steamed cod fish and potatoes mixed with yoghurt and mayo dressing. Wonderful and mild-flavored dish.

  1. Dry the cod fish with a paper towel. Slice it into bite-sized pieces then toss in a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper and yoghurt. Mix well.
  2. Mince the parsley and finely chop the onion. Peel the potatoes then cut into 1-cm cubes. Soak the potatoes in water and drain before using.
  3. In a small bowl, toss in the chopped onions, drained potatoes and chopped parsley. Add mayonnaise, cornstarch and a little bit of pepper.
  4. Add the codfish with the yoghurt marinate in the bowl. Mix the ingredients well then cover or wrap with a microwave-safe cling wrap.
  5. Cook in the microwave for 5 minutes using 600W. Mix then put on a plate. Add some sprouts on top before serving.
