This "in the buff" recipe won't compete with seasoning of other items on your menu
- Fill 2 quart pot (medium size) with water, so it is just below metal steamer basket.
- Bring water to boil.
- Add cut pieces of broccoli.
- Cover with lid and steam for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Drain water and enjoy broccoli in the buff!
