This “in the buff” recipe won’t compete with seasoning of other items on your menu.


  1. Fill 2 quart pot (medium size) with water, so it is just below metal steamer basket.
  2. Bring water to boil.
  3. Place asparagus stalks, with ends trimmed off, into steamer basket.
  4. Cover with lid and steam for 4 to 7 minutes.
  5. Drain water and enjoy!
