This is a quick recipe to flavor steaks, chicken breast or pork chops before grilling. Increase or decrease ingredient proportions based on your preferences. Prep time does not include marinating.

Very, very nice rub, & a delight to use on chicken breasts, which was my preference, at least this first time around! I did use just the 1 teaspoon of kosher salt & thoroughly enjoyed the combo of flavors, especially with the nutmeg in there! Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Pierce meat several times with a fork.
  3. Sprinkle ingredients over meat.
  4. Pound meat with meat hammer or fist.
  5. Set in refrigerator for 1-2 hours or overnight.
  6. Grill as usual.
