    A.1. Original Sauce Recipe Contest Entry. A lighter version of traditional heavy and thick potato soup; this potato soup uses ground turkey, oven roasted tomatoes, and fresh spinach.

    Directions:

      In a small bowl, combine tomatoes, 1 tsp vegetable oil, and 1/2 tsp salt.

      Place on a cookie sheet and broil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and rest.

      In a large bowl, combine turkey, prepared mustard, and 3 TBSP A1.

      In a large soup pot, brown turkey in 2 TBSP vegetable oil Add onions and garlic. Sautee for 5 minutes.

      Add potatoes and water. Bring to a boil.

      Add cream, salt, pepper, tomatoes, and A1 Steak Sauce. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until potatoes are fork tender.

      Add fresh spinach and parmesan cheese. Continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add shredded cheese before serving.
