Directions

  1. Mix flour and salt.
  2. Coat steaks.
  3. In skillet, heat oil and cook steaks until browned on both sides.
  4. Place each steak on a slice of bread and keep warm.
  5. Into drippings in skillet, stir in chili sauce (or ketchup), wter, worcestershire, lemon juice and mustard.
  6. Stir to mix well; heat to boiling.
  7. Spoon sauce over steaks.
