Outstanding! We loved this! I used filet mignon and took lazyme's suggestion of adding mushrooms. The sauce is so tasty and compliments the meat perfectly without overpowering the meat's flavors. Thanks, Nimz! Made for PRMR tag.

OMG!!! This is to die for!!! I made this to serve two for DS and myself. The only thing I changed was to use regular onion instead of the green onion. I didn't watch my bread as closely as I should have, as I was grilling the steaks outside and had the bread inside in the broiler, so it got a little blackened on the edges, but no big deal, it still tasted wonderful. Will definitely be making this again, but next time make the bread ahead of time, lol!! Thanks Nimz for posting!!

WOW!!!!! This is absolutely wonderful! What a main course this makes! Served this last night with a ceasar salad and some roasted fennel/peppers--what a delightful meal! Followed the recipe exactly(did cut it down for 2 people) and what a treat it was! We are not normally fans of sauces on our steak but this........this was wonderful! Neither of us can wait to have this meal again! Thank you so very much for posting this recipe!

Awesome! DH was out of town, so I treated myself with this. I loved the crunch of the toast and the green onions, and the sauce is wonderful. I did add sauteed mushrooms to the sauce - I HAVE to have mushrooms with my steak. Can't wait to make this for DH - I know he'll love it. Thanks NimrodCook for a great meal.

WOW!! I am so happy I found this!! Great way to change up reg. steak. I added mushrooms to my sauce, the BF kept his reg. and loved it too. Thanks!!!!!!!!

Nims my family loved this! I use green onions from my garden and increased the garlic, I served the steak slices on homemade bread, what a different and fantastic way to serve grilled steaks! Thanks for a great recipe I will make again very soon!...Kitten:)
