Best steak sandwich I have had in a very long time. Used a different artisan bread, but made the balance of the recipe as is. Love the bite of the dijon and arugula in this sandwich against the deliciously flavored meat. Will definitely make this again. Made for ZWT-8-AUS/NZ.
Made this for my evening meal. It was a simple sandwich but with lots of flavour, I liked the rosemary in it. Used chiabatta and added a few tomato slices whic teamed up well with the arugula greens.
I made this using rib eye steak and yellow mustard, my hubby doesn't like Dijon. This made a nice lunch for him and was easy and quick to prepare. Thanks Julie!
I've made this with homemade ciabatta bread (lisapizza's Ciabatta (Italian Slipper Bread)) and rocket (arugula). Hubby and I love this simple but tasty sandwich.
