Fantastic!! my husband and i loved it! i followed the recipe exactly and it was beyond delicious! Its just like you would get from any italian restaurant on the hill! one suggestion for those who live in the saint louis area is to use provel cheese instead of provelone it puts the dish over the top! thank you so much for sharing the recipe! :)
Great recipe, hard to find. Try adding a little bacon and it will be just like Gianinos.
I was surfing "Zaar" and saw this recipe. I tried it with the chicken breasts that happened to be thawing at that moment. DELICIOUS. It was a restaurant quality chicken dish. I served it with roasted red potatoes and steamed broccolini. It is also quick and easy enough to be a delicious workday dinner in my house. Thank you!
