Thanks, super easy, very tasty. Used balsamic vinegar and just noticed that I didn't add any pepper. Will definiately using again and again and again ..... Still so easy, even if I only have 45 mins to marinade my meat I still use this and I love it.
I used this marinade on some ribeyes that I grilled for dinner. I marinated them for about 8 hours. DH and I thought this marinade was just okay. It wasn't bad but it didn't blow us away either. I may use it again. Thanks for posting!
Great marinade! I used the balsamic vinegar. I also added 1 tsp of A1 sauce and 1 tsp Louisiana Hot sauce. It was wonderful. The steaks came out amazing. Will be using again. :)
Very good marinade.I used one big t bone steak and ingredients as stated and then fried it in a pan it came out great.
Fried this in a pan. The steaks were fork tender. I thought it was a bit bitter with the balsamic & mustard, though I love the taste of both of them, individually......seemed a bit overpowering. Don't know if I'd make it again.
Boy was this steak marinade great...I tripled the recipe as I had 3 big T-Bones....the whole neighborhood could smell them cooking....
We had filets marinated in this and it was wonderful!
As the others have said, there is not even a need for any kind of steak sauce! I marinated my rib eyes for about 7 hours and it was wonderful. Thanks.
It's amazing what marinade does to a tough old piece of meat! I had a London Broil that needed to be cooked so I made this to marinate it in. I left it overnight and grilled it up the next day for lunch. Excellent taste, tender as can be and we enjoyed it very much, especially the money I saved using this piece of meat :)
