Found this recipe online and I've tweaked it to how our family likes it. Lime gives the marinade a better flavour than lemon.

  1. Place the soy sauce, olive oil, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic cloves in a blender. Add chili flakes if desired. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds until thoroughly mixed.
  2. Pour marinade over meat. Cover, and refrigerate for up to 8 hours. Cook meat as desired.
