We like to top these yummy fajitas with sour cream and chopped black olives.

I love these no sour cream and olives though. They are very easy to prepare and taste nicer if the meat is tender. If the meat is too tuff they become hard to eat.

  1. Brown steak in oil; drain.
  2. Add green pepper, onion, garlic, chili powder, oregano and pepper.
  3. Cook and stir for 5 minutes.
  4. Add salsa; cook for 3 more minutes.
  5. Spoon 3/4 cup down center of each tortilla.
  6. Roll over and serve.
