We really enjoyed this recipe and will be making it again, but with a little less lemon and make the amount up a dash of water. I put what was left of the juices in a small bowl on the table so we could help ourselves to more - it all disappeared ! Thanks for posting this PaulaG
Loved the flavor that this steak Diane had. The addition of the dijon-sytle mustard was awesome. I only had New York Strip steaks, so I doubled everything. Excellent. Cooked in my cast iron skillet but I'm going to have to practice on my new stove to get the cooking temps down. The sauce kinda burned but I know it's because of the new stove and my first time making. thanks Paula for a great recipe.
