A delicious and easy meal. My family's favorite.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Saute onions in oil.
  2. Cut steaks into halves if large.
  3. Season with salt and garlic powder on both sides of steak.
  4. Brown on both sides on medium light.
  5. Cover and cook for 1 to 1 1/4 hour on low heat or until tender.
  6. Ten minutes before it's done pour tomato sauce over meat.
  7. Serve over noodles.
