Stawberry Vanilla Smoothie

"I made this up on a whim of things that sounded good in a smoothie and things that I had seen used in other recipes. Guessed on some of the measurements but think it's pretty close to what I label here."

  1. This has to be one of the freshest and best smoothies I've ever made, I made a couple of minor changes, cut it in half to serve one - ME- and used strawberries from my garden that I had frozen so no need for ice - then followed the directions and when finished sat back and enjoyed. Better than a strawberry milk shake. Made for PAC Fall 2011

  2. Very good smoothies. I used frozen strawberries. And no ice. I used splenda instead of honey. Thanks Backwoods Baker :) Made for Think Pink Event

  3. Although for the most part, I can never get myself to include ice cubes in my smoothies, I did get a frosty chill by freezing from delicious strawberries I'd bought at the Farmers' Market & used them instead of the cubes! Worked very well for us, & we had a great tasting drink! Thanks for sharing the recipe! [Made & reviewed in New Kids on the Block recipe tag]
