I cant believe there is only 1 review so far. I have been making this for at least 4 years. No change at all, except I add the rind of 1 lemon. Exceptionally good!

This was very good. Didn't last a day. My 15 year old grandson who don't like cakes had 2 pieces and wanted more.. will be making all the time.

Moist and flavorful. I used light olive oil, the zest of two lemons, and no extracts in the loaf, and used 1/2 teaspoon orange extract, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and two tablespoons lemon juice in the glaze. My loaf baked for 40 minutes. Tagged for Best of 2013; tagged 01/24 and due 02/07/14.
