My DD is 14 and loves Starbucks! She made this today using "bold coffee" from the Keurig machine rather than using Espresso. She warmed it up in the microwave as the eggnog and cream cooled it off a bit too much, then topped it with whip cream and nutmeg. She thought it was very good. Thx for the recipe!
I made this mainly for DH who loved eggnog; I am not a big fan...However I tried this and with the espresso it was so good! I did add a little Splenda to sweeten it up a bit but otherwise made as is. Will be making more of these this holiday season! Made for Newest Zaar.
