  1. Bring water and milk to a boil. Add other ingredients; return to boil. Turn off.
  2. heat and let steep for 3-5 minutes. Remove tea bags then filter through fine strainer. Good hot or cold.
  3. This can be stored in the refrigerator for later use.

So yummy! I read all of the reviews and changes. It was very helpful. It's a great jumping off recipe if you have never made it before. It came out good the first time and with a couple of tweaks for my own personal taste it will be a favorite all winter. Thanks for posting your recipe.

Great recipe! Tastes just like the Chai Tea Latte from Starbucks. I found that adding the honey at the end is much better as boiling the honey leaves a bitter taste that was pretty strong.
