• 78.78 ml raspberry vinegar
• 59.14 ml salad oil
• 29.58 ml honey
• 2 (566.99 g) package torn mixed salad greens, Italian blend
• 2 medium star fruit, thinly sliced
• 1 small red onion, thinly sliced

directions

1. Combine vinegar, oil and honey in a screw top jar. Cover and shake well.
2. Toss salad greens with star fruit and onion in a large bowl.
3. Shake dressing well and pour over salad mixture. Toss lightly to coat well.
