I serve this cake every St. Paddy's day
- 1 lb cake, loaf
- 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup milk
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package pistachio pudding mix
- 1 (8 ounce) carton whipped topping
- 2 drops green food coloring
- Cut pound cake into three layers.
- Beat together pineapple and pudding mix and milk.
- add whipped topping and food coloring.
- layer pudding between pound cake.
