  1. Boil potatoes for 15 minutes or until slightly tender.
  2. Fry onions in skillet in oil until golden brown. Add potatoes and seasonings.
  3. Stir for a few minutes to lightly brown potatoes.

These were a good addition to our chicken dinner. Made as is adding the cinnamon and paprika. The leftovers will be good int he morning with eggs and toast. Made for Newest Zaar.
