  • Grease a pan with Pam 8x8 or 8".
  • Heat oven to 350.
  • Defrost squash or cook squash.
  • Melt butter (or margerine).
  • In a mixing bowl, add sugar, flour, melted butter and squash. Mix on medium speed.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and milk.
  • Add to squash mixture and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
  • Pour mixture into greased pan.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon top.
  • put in oven and bake for approximately one hour.
