Fix It and Forget It Lightly. Slow Cooker. Serves 6
- 1 large butternut squash, peeled and sliced
- 2 apples, sliced
- 3 tablespoons raisins
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 1⁄4 cup apple cider
- Layer half of the squash, apples and raisins in slow cooker. Drizzle with half of the syrup.
- Repeat layers. Pour cider over top.
- Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or until squash is tender.
