I found this in an old cookbook. I haven't tried it yet. I have been meaning to but haven't gotten around to it. The picture looks YUMMY! The description says"fruit fired in batter and coated with a thin crisp caramel glaze. I am guessing at the cooking time. I combined the frying time and the syrup time together.
