  • 2 cups mixed sprouts
  • 4 big cubed, boiled/microwaved and peeled potatoes
  • 1 12 cups orange juice
  • salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

directions

  • Take a salad bowl.
  • Toss gently to mix all the ingredients.
  • Serve on bed of lettuce leaves and enjoy!
