- 2 cups mixed sprouts
- 4 big cubed, boiled/microwaved and peeled potatoes
- 1 1⁄2 cups orange juice
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Take a salad bowl.
- Toss gently to mix all the ingredients.
- Serve on bed of lettuce leaves and enjoy!
