    Ingredients:

    Yield:

    • 1 cup butter
    • 2/3 cup sugar
    • 3 egg yolks
    • 1 teaspoon almond extract
    • 2 1/2 cups flour

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Cream butter and sugar together.
    2. 2
      Add egg yolks and almond extract.
    3. 3
      Stir in flour, but don’t over mix.
    4. 4
      Press out with a spritz gun onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    5. 5
      Bake at 400 degrees for 7-10 minutes.
